Based in the Western Suburbs
Our client specialises in the manufacturing of equipment and machinery for the Agricultural industry. They emphasise quality, safety and customer service.

They are currently seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to oversee their production and assembly team.

This person will be responsible for planning, monitoring jobs and ensuring that all workings are manufactured in a correct, cost effective and timely manner, in alignment with specifications and quality requirements.

Duties & Skills:

Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements.
Liaise with Production Manager regarding Production Schedule and Labour Requirements.
Lead and motivate team members to advance employee engagement and develop a high performing team.
Assign team members to production operations.
Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
Monitor production and resolve issues.
Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel.

About you:

2+ years in a Supervisory role (manufacturing industry)
Trade Qualifications
Proven ability to lead manufacturing teams
Ability to train and guide new staff members
Excellent Organizational skills and able to look over multiple sections
