WORK FROM HOME
We are a fast growing green cleaning company servicing residential and commercial clients.

We have a fantastic opportunity available for a Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join our company.

Previous experience in managing day to day operations of a growing business a big advantage


must have previous experience in similar role

POSITION PURPOSE:

- take and manage bookings
- process payments
- manage social media pages
- basic bookkeeping
- basic lead generation
- ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the office, and support the work of management and other staff.


Required Competencies:

- infusionsoft(CRM)

  • Communication written and verbal
- database entry spread sheeting
- administration and clerical procedures
- customer service principles
- social media management

  • Basic bookkeeping

Job Details:


Reception
- answer general phone enquiries using a professional and courteous manner
- direct phone enquires to the appropriate staff members
- reply to general requests promptly and accurately
- greet clients/suppliers/visitors to the organization in a professional and friendly manner


Scheduling

  • Take customer booking requests, establish capabilities in relation to booking request
- book all works at mutually beneficial times
- provide daily job worksheets for operations teams, liaise with cleaning staff and contractors


Office Administration

  • Update cleaners schedule on a daily basis
  • Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software to prepare reports, memos, and documents
- update and ensure the accuracy of the organisation's database
- provide secretarial and administrative support to management and other staff Coordinate the maintenance of office equipment
- daily bookkeeping

  • Manage freelancers

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 30 per week


Salary:
$ $30.00 per year
