Join an ASX listed Australian-based mineral resources company which is developing an industrial minerals business, with a sustainable project as its' initial focus.

We require an experienced Environmental Advisor to work from our client's site in WA's Pilbara region for a full time, FIFO opportunity (2:1 roster).

Multigenerational Greenfields project be a part of the project's success from an early stage
Flexible contractor engagement (PAYG, Pty Ltd Company or Family/Discretionary Trusts)
Local, inhouse payroll team

Responsibilities:

The Role

The Environmental Advisor will ensure that the project is in compliance with environmental requirements and support the management of environmental risks within the project.

Key responsibilities include but aren't limited to:

Daily management of environmental permitting procedures
Review of all environmental related permit undertakings and observations for tracking and close out of actions
Lead site investigations in relation to all environmental incidents, record findings and assist with the preparation of reports for statutory bodies
Perform area inspections and assist with compliance audits
Coordinate field surveys, studies, undertake monitoring activities and report findings

Qualifications:

Skills & Experience

Degree qualified in Environmental Science or equivalent.
Demonstrated ability to analyse data and information to provide well informed recommendations and guidance to stakeholders.
