Duties:


  • Receiving and responding to client, patient, staff and student enquiries to provide the best possible outcome.
  • Provision of event and projectbased administrative support and assistance.
  • Organising meetings and booking venues.
  • Monitoring and maintenance of records to meet both internal and external requirements.
  • Ordering office equipment and supplies, including maintenance of equipment and arrangement of repairs as appropriate.
  • Maintaining client confidentiality and privacy at all times, in accordance with university and state legislation.
  • Provide crossfunctional team support and coverage as and when required.
  • Actively participate and contribute to create an environment of continuous improvement of business processes and practices and identify ways of exceeding customer expectations.
  • Ability to proactively identify, report and mitigate OH&S issues to facilitate a safe and enjoyable facility for all users.
  • Undertake other duties within the designated function of the position, as requested by the _Senior Coordinator (Clinical Services)_.

Special Requirements

  • Required to support evening clinics, in accordance with set roster.
  • Additional shifts may be required, dependent on the requirements of the Clinic.
  • Required to work across two clinics on Bundoora Campus.
**Skills/Experience: - Excellent communication skills.

  • A flexible attitude to work and an ability to accommodate and adapt to change.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills including ability to prioritise, work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Capability with relevant systems, equipment, processes and procedures.
  • Ability to produce accurate work with sound attention to detail.
  • A positive and proactive attitude to work.
  • Willingness to learn.

Hours:

21 hours per week/5 days a week
(31/8/2- 8/12/23)
