Duties:
- Receiving and responding to client, patient, staff and student enquiries to provide the best possible outcome.
- Provision of event and projectbased administrative support and assistance.
- Organising meetings and booking venues.
- Monitoring and maintenance of records to meet both internal and external requirements.
- Ordering office equipment and supplies, including maintenance of equipment and arrangement of repairs as appropriate.
- Maintaining client confidentiality and privacy at all times, in accordance with university and state legislation.
- Provide crossfunctional team support and coverage as and when required.
- Actively participate and contribute to create an environment of continuous improvement of business processes and practices and identify ways of exceeding customer expectations.
- Ability to proactively identify, report and mitigate OH&S issues to facilitate a safe and enjoyable facility for all users.
- Undertake other duties within the designated function of the position, as requested by the _Senior Coordinator (Clinical Services)_.
Special Requirements
- Required to support evening clinics, in accordance with set roster.
- Additional shifts may be required, dependent on the requirements of the Clinic.
- Required to work across two clinics on Bundoora Campus.
- A flexible attitude to work and an ability to accommodate and adapt to change.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills including ability to prioritise, work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Capability with relevant systems, equipment, processes and procedures.
- Ability to produce accurate work with sound attention to detail.
- A positive and proactive attitude to work.
- Willingness to learn.
Hours:
21 hours per week/5 days a week
(31/8/2- 8/12/23)
