In this Full Time 12-month contract (with possibility of extension), based in Richmond Pelaco (with flexibility to work remotely on some days) you will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of organisational change initiatives.

This role involves working closely with project teams, key stakeholders, and end-users to ensure a smooth transition and adoption of changes within the organisation.


The Change Analyst plays a critical role in mitigating resistance, fostering a positive change culture, and achieving desired business outcomes.

This role plays an integral role in supporting organisational change activities to ensure that the changes meet the desired business objectives and outcomes.


The role will focus on the people side of change, including changes that impact business processes, systems and technology, job roles and structures.

You will be part of the Group Projects and Change Team and report to the Group Change Manager.


You will make an impact by:

  • Developing plans that will help Epworth people be ready for a variety of different changes
  • Assessing the volume of change
  • Identify the risks of change saturation and speaking about the risks

To be successful in this role
You will need be an advocate for the importance of change management in the successful delivery of projects.

You will require a strong degree of empathy for the challenges facing frontline works, and be flexible to deliver change in a fast-paced, operational environment.

You will be a team player, who can take direction from a few sources.


You will have:

  • Experience in working as a change analyst (essential)
  • Change management credentials (desired)
