Description

The role:

The test consultant will be responsible for coordinating and leading all test automation activities with the internal test automation team and developing and maintaining test automation scripts using the existing tools and technology in place as per the requirements of the project.

In addition to this, you will be responsible for:

Ensuring the implementation of quality testing methods to align with best practice ICT testing frameworks which encompasses strategies, policies, processes, templates, tools, and standards.
Maintaining an indepth knowledge of testing and technical specialisms and provide sound advice and recommendations on any aspect of test planning and execution.
Reviewing technical and business design requirement and identifies alternative solutions.
Defining risk based and requirementsbased testing scope to ensure solution is fit for purpose.
Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders including mentoring and leading team members providing peer reviews, training and support
Providing comprehensive monitoring and reporting on projects to ensure effective implementation of project deliverables.

Are you right for this role?

To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in design and build of test automation framework, automation test plan, selection, and identification of automation test cases from existing test suite, configuration and setup of automation environment using appropriate tools and technology, ability to troubleshoot.

Furthermore, you will have demonstrated experience in testing, including experience with testing methodologies and tools for large, complex IM/ICT program/project(s) (SFIA Skill:

TEST:
Level 4), and the ability to provide expert advice in relevant testing techniques and methods and tools for large scale complex organisations.
