Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and deliver highquality French language education programs based on the Australian Curriculum
  • Create lesson plans, assessments, and resources that align with the school's teaching philosophy
  • Encourage student engagement and participation in French language learning
  • Provide ongoing feedback to students and parents about their progress in French
  • Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to support the school's educational goals
  • Contribute to the school's cocurricular program by supporting French languagerelated activities and events

Essential Requirements:


  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in French language education
  • VIT registration as a teacher in Victoria
  • Excellent understanding of the Australian Curriculum and how it applies to the teaching of French language
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans
  • Passion for teaching French language and culture
This is a full-time, ongoing position commencing at the start of Term 3, 2023. Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
