This role provides quality service to all our customers to meet business objectives by performing the following duties.


Responsibilities:


  • Offer customers technical support/advice.
  • Solicit sale of new or additional services.
  • Process Warranties and liaise with Regulatory Department and other designated departments for investigation.
  • Promptly deal with all customer requests.
  • Daily processing of customer returns.
  • Support/step into office team member roles as needed.

Job Requirements:


  • Oneyear experience with certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent
  • Microsoft word & Excel and basic computer skills necessary
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
