About the role

As a Connecting Services Consultant, you will work within a centralised contact-centre environment, assisting clients to navigate Southern Cross Care's wide range of services.

You will communicate effectively with clients to understand their individual needs, goals and aspirations, and identify solutions and services that suit them.
You will generate opportunities and referrals for our sales teams and deliver outstanding service to our clients and residents, helping to optimise their quality of life and their experience as a member of our community.

About you
We are looking for people who will be the difference in the lives of our residents and clients.

With exceptional attention to detail and great communication skills, you will help Southern Cross Care to communicate with a range of people, including those seeking services for themselves and those doing so on behalf of loved ones.
You will be compassionate and empathetic, reliable and resilient, and have the ability to build rapport quickly.
You will also have strong computer skills and have experience working with the client relationship management (CRM) systems and databases to record and retrieve client information and communicate with colleagues.
Ideally, you will have experience in a customer service or relationship management role.
