The Role

Within the Logistics Management function, an APS - Logistics Officer is accountable under limited direction to perform and achieve straightforward logistics inventory management work within an integrated workforce.

They are accountable to understand and comply with relevant legislative frameworks, government decision-making and Defence's mission and policy requirements.

About our Team

Joint Health Command (JHC) is responsible for the delivery of military medicine and joint healthcare services to over 70,000 Australian Defence Force (ADF) personnel.

JHC is also responsible for the health preparedness of ADF personnel for operations and the coordination of health units for deployment in support of operations.

The APS - Logistics Officer will have excellent stakeholder management skills and will be required to communicate with, respond and provide straightforward advice to a range of stakeholders on administrative issues to achieve work unit and Defence outcomes.

They will be accountable to contribute towards ongoing self-improvement and professional development.
