About the role


We are seeking a Primary Learning Leader (PLL) to support the engagement, learning progress and achievement of students in our school.

This is a full-time, Fixed-Term Parental Leave Replacement appointment until June 2025.


In this key position you will:

  • Enhance teacher capacity and effectiveness
  • Model highquality teaching & learning and mentoring & coaching
  • Ensure improved educational outcomes for students and continuous school improvement
  • Lead and coordinate curriculum implementation
  • Promote effective teaching and improved achievement in all curriculum areas

About you - **To be successful in this role you will bring relevant qualifications and contemporary teaching experience as well as:

  • strong knowledge and experience in implementing the Australian Curriculum
- capacity to develop interpersonal relationships, establish productive partnerships, and work as part of a team to lead change
- capacity to lead and manage activities which promote the engagement, learning progress and achievement of students
- success as a classroom teacher and commitment to professional development


At BCE our teachers are required to:

  • Hold a current Queensland College of Teachers registration; and
  • Be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment.
  • Have a commitment to Safeguarding
