Are you an experienced Residential Property Manager looking to take the next step in your career and become a Commercial Property Manager?

Our prestigious client, a leading property management firm specialising in industrial assets, is currently seeking a talented individual to join their team as a Commercial Property Manager.

About the Company:
Our client is a well-established and highly regarded property management firm located just south of Brisbane's CBD.

Join a team of 14 professionals, including four property managers and a strong sales team, they boast a mature workforce with a combined experience of over 20 years in the industry.

As an employer, they value enthusiasm, self-motivation, and exceptional organizational skills. Moreover, they provide administrative support and offer flexible working arrangements, including the option to work from home.

Key Duties:

Manage a portfolio of 39 Industrial Assets (across 25 owners).
Deliver sustainable and profitable performance of the industrial asset portfolio.
Manage endtoend tenant and financial management processes.
Implement and manage Outgoings budgets.
Review and approve monthly tenant and creditor invoices.
Oversee arrears, rent reviews, and lease renewals.

Skills and Experience Required:
To excel in this role, you will need:

Experience in Property Management
Either a strong background in Residential Property Management with the right attitude to learn all about commercial, or minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial property management.
A professional appearance with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong initiative and time management abilities.
A commitment to maintaining an open policy of communication.
Sound knowledge of financial acumen.
