About our Client

As a well-established mid-tier civil contractor in the road construction & maintenance sector, our client has developed a strong portfolio of clients across government and private sector clients with a reputation for reliability, efficiency and personable approach which stems from the top.


With the business going from strength to strength, our client is seeking a motivated and ambitious
Asset/ Fleet Manager on a full-time and ongoing basis to be based out of their Wangara head office.


About the Role

Reporting into the General Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of construction fleet management across metro and regional Western Australia.

This will include;

  • Purchasing, performance and maintenance of the organisation's construction vehicle fleet
  • Coordinating the delivery, maintenance and return of vehicles,
  • Lead the development, implementation, review and monitoring of best practice fleet policy and procedures, etc.

About You

You will have extensive experience working within the civil construction industry, with a strong knowledge of mobile plant associated with road construction and road maintenance projects.

This includes trucks, trailers, rollers, graders, loaders, water carts etc.

You will demonstrate the following skills & attributes:

  • Tertiary Qualifications (Diploma, Degree etc in Business, Logistics, or similar)
  • Mechanical/ Maintenance background is highly advantageous
  • Minimum 10 years of industry experience, with at least 35 years in a similar position
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and business acumen

This is a permanent role and the expected salary is $130k - $155k + super + Vehicle, commensurate on your experience
