We are seeking an experienced
Full Time Automotive Parts Interpreter/Store Person to provide exceptional service to our customer based in
Warana, Sunshine Coast.


This role is our customer's first point of contact in their product enquiry, and primary duties will include sales by phone, processing orders and attending to the sales counter.

You will also help to accurately pick, pack and dispatch stock orders.


The primary focus of this role is to maximise sales through maintaining competitiveness, providing world-class customer service and parts interpretation.


The responsibilities of the role involve, but are not limited to:

  • Maximising sales through taking and processing customer orders and communicate current promotions and specials
  • Assist customers with product enquires and parts interpretation via phone and at the sales counter
  • Process orders quickly and accurately, liaising with the store to ensure timely despatch,
  • Proactively identifying new business and ensuring contact is made by Sales Representative,
  • Report information regarding sales, backorder status, stock, and competitor / market data to Branch Manager.

To succeed in this role, you will have strong experience within the automotive-electrical industry coupled with:

  • Ideally, a minimum of 12 months Parts Interpreting experience
  • Exceptional customer service skills and focus
  • An ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • A planned approach with strong organisational and computer skills
  • Above all, passion to be the best and continually raise the standard
