About the role

An exciting opportunity is currently available for an Operations Coordinator to join on an 18-month secondment cover, to provide administrative support for our clinic teams in Tasmania.

Full-time role available for Radiology clinic team members looking for a hybrid management role.

Responsibilities

Produce staff rosters in a timely fashion with daily management of required changes
Work collaboratively with Clinics to ensure rosters reflect resource needs to meet service delivery demands
Monitor Doctor Worklist and referrer deliveries to ensure timely delivery of reports.
Maintain up to date state documentation such as equipment registers.
Event coordination for team activities
Manage and timely response to legal requests, in conjunction with Quality & Compliance
Support Quality & Compliance with completion of accreditation activities
Ad hoc admin responsibilities as required

Skills & Qualities

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust and reliability
Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
Ability to see tasks through to completion with mínimal supervision
Strong verbal and written communication
Proactive and solutions focused, one to put ideas forward to better the business
Demonstrated experience within medical imaging will be highly regarded
