is Looking for a Fraud officer to join their team.

The Role:


  • Managing up to 70 inbound calls per day regarding fraudulent activity with credit cards and banking.
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients and investigation of the fraudulent activity.
  • Entering information into the database, liaison with other departments such as IT and the Fraud Investigation units.
  • Work towards weekly KPI's and adhering to call quality.
  • Demonstrating Empathy and resilience when dealing with distressed customers.

Skills & attributes required:


  • Previous experience in Insurance/ Banking/financial services is desirable but not essential.
  • Demonstrated customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written
