About the role

The P&C Systems Analyst plays a key role in delivering support and advice to the broader People & Culture team, business managers in maintaining the organisation life cycle which delivers the overall Business and P&C Strategy via our P&C Information System SAP.

This role is critical for the P&C function as the SAP Org Structure drives all P&C technologies and processes Change of Employee Status requests and their related workflows.

Key Deliverables

  • Deliver the Goodman Fielder Organisation Design in the P&C Information system, SAP (P&C Information System).
  • Operate as the translator of business & People Partner requirements into technical system requirements accurately aligned to deadlines to enable P&C and processes. i.e. Request to Hire for Recruitment and Change of Employee Status processes.
  • Strong focus on Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement within both SAP Org Management and their connections to downstream technologies and processes. Work with People Partners, P&C Admin, Payroll and Remuneration, Benefits & Reporting Specialist to resolve challenges, pain points and find opportunities related to process and data.
  • Enable restructures with ability to interact with P&C People Partner community to clarify and create an accurate Organisation Design for business needs.
  • Ensure the integrity of the data to defined standards to ensure quality in the work.
  • Ensure data is maintained and up to date for reporting and P&C Metrics purposes.
  • Perform regular audits on SAP Org Structure information and work with P&C community and business to revise as required.
  • Generate documentation and support process with/from People Partners, i.e. build mass change templates to enable easy communication of changes to be maintained accurately.
  • Coordinate approvals and generation of changes needed with P&C Community and the Business.
  • Support the People Services Lead in any project work to enable transformation of business process.
  • Coordinate and deliver other adhoc P&C tasks or contribute to projects as required.
About you

  • Degree qualifications in HR or related and looking to achieve a career in P&C. This role is the perfect entry level position to develop P&C technical capability in a practical business environment to further career in P&C.
  • 2+ years previous experience working in a fastpaced environment
  • Process improvement experience (desired)
  • Strong internal and external stakeholder management (essential)
  • Strong attention to detail, with key focus on right firsttime mentality.
  • Excel (intermediate to advanced)
  • Have a passion for working with data to enable business results and maintaining data integrity
