About the role:


As a casual Administration Officer, you will provide high quality support the daily operations and effectiveness of the branches within our People, Culture and Safety team, and the broader organisation.

Performing a wide range of administrative activities, your key accountabilities will include but not be limited to:


  • Provide administration support to the People, Culture and Safety Business Unit.
  • Drafting and preparation of routine correspondence, reports and presentations and assist in the preparation of documents, business cases, financial and administrative reports.
  • Accurately record data and update and maintain systems and databases, ensuring confidentiality of data.
  • Provide administrative support including Excel, Word, invoice, and purchase order proceeding, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, support of project deliverable, records management, and data processing.

  • Previous experience in providing administrative support, with the ability to multi-task and work autonomously, supporting activities across several teams.
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office Suite with the ability to learn other systems, services, policies, and operations of Unitywater.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, coupled with liaison and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate and share information with the team.
