My client is an innovative manufacturer within the fast paced food industry, not only in producing a range of high quality, efficient packaging machines, but also in providing world class customer service that surpasses their clients expectations._

THE POSITION

Due to ongoing growth, my client is looking for a Service Technician to join their energetic and supportive field service team in Victoria.

This role will require you to provide hands-on technical support to install, service and repair a range of food packaging equipment as well as provide phone support to clients.

ABOUT YOU

You will have a strong drive, outstanding customer service skills, motivation to succeed, and be able to work in a safety conscious environment both autonomously and in a team.

You will ideally have a background in servicing or maintenance, a sound knowledge of food packaging equipment, excellent verbal and written communication and a valid unrestricted Australian Drivers License.

Hold an electrical license or have the ability to obtain one:

Have a high level of attention to detail, strong problem solving and critical thinking skills:

Be able to travel interstate when required
