Sydney - Full Time - Hybrid - Associate
The Office of General Counsel is the in-house legal team for PwC Australia. We deliver expert legal advice and services to the internal and business teams at PwC Australia. We're looking for Paralegals to join our tight-knit paralegal hub.
OGC provides a supportive in-house team environment where you will work closely with all areas and levels of the organisation and have the opportunity to utilise technical skills and strategy to advise our internal stakeholders with impactful results.
With new and dynamic problems to solve, you'll have plenty of opportunities to develop and grow your legal skills. Day to day, you'll provide paralegal assistance to a team which works across a broad range of commercial and litigation matters and deals closely with all areas and levels of the organisation.
Confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements
- Sponsorship agreements
- University agreements
- Hold harmless and limited reliance letters
- Standard engagement letters and terms of business.
- Assist to draft advice in relation to audit breach report
- Conduct file reviews
- Legal research
- General legal administration, which includes to prepare briefs and take file notes
As this role sits within a busy team that addresses a wide range of matters, a willingness to be involved in a variety of matters and an enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment are essential.
