The Role

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer/Credit Controller with previous experience to work within a close-knit team.

Banking & allocations including credit card payment, EFT and cash banking
Collection of overdue payments and reducing the DSO
Customer service and investigating discrepancies promptly
Regular risk reviews
Reconciling customer accounts
Reporting on numbers and disputes throughout the month
Dealing with Mercantile agents where required
Assisting with month end procedures and month end reporting including journal entries
Ability to reduce DSO's and manage your own ledger
Selfmotivated with a strong work ethic
Solid communication skills
Enjoy working in a team environment
Be able to work onsite 5 days per week
