Offering an exciting opportunity for a skilled Maintenance Fitter to join our dynamic team.

As a Maintenance Fitter, you will be responsible for a variety of maintenance tasks including breakdown repairs, planned and preventative maintenance, installations, and general maintenance duties as required.

As a Maintenance Fitter you will:

Perform mechanical maintenance across manufacturing lines and on-site utilities.
Provide mechanical support to production teams, ensuring efficient faultfinding and repair of breakdowns.
Contribute to the overall success of the Maintenance Team through attention to detail, problemsolving ability, and a proactive "can do" attitude.

Requirements:

Ability to work in a highrisk food manufacturing environment with precision and attention to detail.
Trades qualification as a fitter, with a restricted electrical ticket (disconnect and reconnect) advantageous.
Minimum 5 year's experience as a Maintenance Fitter in a highspeed packaging environment, preferably in food production/packaging or FMCG.
Welding and lathe experience highly desirable.
Strong troubleshooting and faultfinding skills, with a background in factory/production maintenance.
Flexibility to work within tight time schedules and varying workload demands.
Understanding of budgets and compliance requirements within a food processing plant, including GMPs and maintenance housekeeping.

Shift Options:
Both day and night shift opportunities available.
