- $75,000 + super + salary packaging

Due to ongoing growth we are looking for an experienced Claims Coordinator to join our team. In this newly created role you will be responsible for all financial activities relating to NDIS claiming including;

  • Providing accurate claim data to Finance for processing
  • Preparation of NDIS service booking aligned to service agreements,
  • Working closely with Customer Care, Team leaders and Rostering and Scheduling and other roles to ensure accuracy and completeness of claiming data.
  • Partnering with the Revenue Accounting team to resolve any outstanding claims and / or invoices.
  • Collating and managing information regarding NDIA funding for participants to report to the organisation.
  • Liaising with Support Coordinators and Plan Managers (internally and externally), as well as service management in preparing service summaries and adjusting bookings
  • Maintaining client data records and tracking client plan dates for designated area
  • Assisting Customer Care and / or the services management in the creation and submission of Supported Independent Living quotes.
We see the successful person in this role as being a tireless problem solver who is fastidious about accuracy. Additionally we see as you having;

  • Certificate IV in accounting, disability services or equivalent qualification and/ or knowledge and experience
  • Experience in financial claiming through government or commercial portals (eg PRODA, Medicare), liaising with plan managers and selfmanaged clients to access client plan and service booking details
  • Ability to prioritise and successfully meet competing deadlines
  • Demonstrated intermediate level of computer literacy in rostering software, MS Office (MS Excel) and other software products.
  • Be willing to provide update to date Covid vaccination certificate or medical exemption
  • Be willing to undergo a National Criminal History Check, Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
