Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.

Collectively, Victoria's Supreme, County, Magistrates', Children's, and Coroners courts, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), the Judicial College of Victoria, the Judicial Commission of Victoria, and Court Services Victoria (CSV) are referred to as the 'Courts Group'.

Our people enable the Courts Group to deliver on each jurisdictions own strategic priorities while also pursuing strategic opportunities that are interconnected and deliver benefits more broadly.

About the Role
Growth and improvements to People Services now provides the climate and need for a Talent Acquisition (TA) specialist. The TA specialist will provide expertise to support the talent attraction, proactive sourcing and acquisition requirements of Courts Group.

Bring your contemporary, proactive, and innovative TA strategies to develop, implement and manage talent acquisition marketing and sourcing for the Courts Group.


  • Experienced Talent Acquisition specialist
  • Partner with leaders to deliver innovative strategies to attract talent
  • Lead recruitment marketing initiatives
About You

  • Proven and successful experience as a Talent Acquisition professional within an internal or external function
  • Previous recruitment marketing experience within a large or complex organisation
  • Previous experience in recruiting across Legal functions would be highly regarded, however not essential
  • Experience writing, creating and curating content
  • Strong experience in successful partnering and influencing at all levels
  • Expert knowledge and success using social channels, job boards and contemporary sourcing techniques
  • Experience building an engaged talent pipeline
  • Exceptional ability to use LinkedIn Recruiter and market mapping strategies
