You are a professional and want to leading the Patient Enquiries and Switchboard teams to deliver service excellence in a healthcare environment is undoubtedly a critical role in ensuring positive patient experiences and smooth operations.

About You
You have call centre experience or at least 2 years in a customer service leadership role.

You will be based at Gosford Hospital and might be required to travel across CCLHD sites.

What you'll be doing


The Manager, Patient Enquiries & Switchboard effectively manages the day to day operations, provides leadership, ongoing development, quality improvement implementation and coordination of the efficient functioning of the Switchboard and Patient Enquiries services.

The Manager, Patient Enquiries & Switchboard drives a culture of continuous service improvement across both teams with a focus on the provision of high quality customer service and maximising the use of technology.

The position is expected to drive change within the daily operational area will ensure the maintenance and ongoing development of a positive, creative and flexible approach to service delivery which is able to adapt to change and capture new opportunities.

The Manager, Patient Enquiries & Switchboard provides high level telecommunications systems support and collaborates with the Emergency Procedure & Risk Unit (EPRU) to develop and review department emergency procedures to ensure staff are adequately trained and the correct procedures are followed.
