About the Role:

The APS 6 Case Management position is a team leadership position that will have delegated authority and responsibility to resolve issues and risks across a range of activities.

The position is required to provide leadership, control, planning, resource management, performance management, and decision-making for the Team Membership within the work area.

Responsibilities of the Role include but are not limited to:

Undertake case management of complex matters and analyse them to develop options for early resolution.
Obtain necessary information and advice to effectively resolve matters.
Attend Case Conferences, Conciliations, and Hearings conducted.
Prepare documents detailing resolution options and outcomes at Case Management meetings.
Assess and respond to priorities and risks.
Prepare and maintain electronic record keeping, including evidence supporting decisionmaking processes and justifying conclusions reached during the case management process.

Key skills required for the Role:

Individual Case Management of matters involving risk and vulnerable stakeholders.
Experience interpreting information and legislation to reach an agreed resolution.
Decisionmaking skills and the ability to justify decisions based on evidence.
