Role Overview:

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Junior Client Manager will play a pivotal role in managing client accounts, fostering positive relationships, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

This position requires a blend of interpersonal skills, accounting acumen, and a passion for client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and nurture client relationships in Australia and overseas.
  • Collaborate effectively with staff members across various locations.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in advisory and compliance matters related to accounting.
  • Utilize intermediate accounting knowledge, including familiarity with Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks.
  • Engage with stakeholders on all levels with professionalism and ease.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment with a strong work ethic.

Requirements:


  • 23 years of experience in an accounting firm.
  • Intermediate accounting skills and proficiency in Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with a corporate demeanor.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Proactive attitude towards personal and professional development.
