About the role
This is not your average Assistant Brand Manager role. This is so much more.

You will be part of a global cross functional team, whose purpose is to challenge the status quo to create and implement mind blowing consumer experiences and Brand Home Activations for Penfolds.

Lead and deliver best in class brand execution across physical & digital assets and activations;
Support and collaborate with the Senior Brand Manager and Director of Marketing to deliver national and global initiatives for the Penfolds brand including new brand home and flagship activations (physical and digital);
Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns through ROI analysis and budget management;
Lead the development and creation of collateral that challenges the norm, with confidence to test the market and create new initiatives and ideas; and
Build strong and effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including agency partners.

About you
You are a passionate self-starter with drive and curiosity. You are a strategic thinker, using your initiative to solve problems, especially in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.

Strong working experience in a fast paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to change;
High levels of attention to detail and strong communication skills;
The ability to prioritize and work to multiple priorities and business needs;
A passion for luxury brands, activations and markets; and Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, or transferrable working experience (for example customer marketing or events activations) will be highly regarded.
