The role requirements are:
- HC licence minimum and driving experience necessary
- Some experience in managing people or truck/driver allocating work is desirable
- Hours of work typically commencing from either 3 or 5pm, approximate finish time 11pm1am, depending on start time
- Work involves;
- Managing, planning and allocating work to drivers
- Some desk based work and PC proficiency, e.g. allocating manifests
- Some time spent loading trailers for drivers
- Interacting and liaising with other departments in the DC
- Overseeing operations and supporting Head Section Leaders
- Team spirit and collaborative worker
