Their focus is on changing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people's lives through a strength-based model of business ownership and participation in the Victorian economy.


We have an exciting opportunities for driven, people-focused professional to join successful growing businesses focusing on placing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander jobseekers into employment.


  • This role involves working with jobseekers to get them job ready while partnering with training providers and support organisations to create employment solutions across Victoria.
  • Working with a caseload of Job Seekers who you will meet with on a regular basis, building rapport, discovering their skills, identifying their ambitions and working through any potential barriers to them achieving their goals.
  • The main purpose is to assist Indigenous participants in gaining suitable and sustainable employment and this will be a big driver for you.


You will be working with a vibrant, collaborative and goals focused team of employment recruitment professionals from diverse backgrounds, who are all seeking to have an impact in the diversity and inclusion space.


You may have experience in Employment Services, or you may bring transferrable skills from other industries such as retail or store management, social work.

Our client we are recruiting for is a well know Workforce Australia Provider across the state.

Positions are located across the state | Understanding of Aboriginal and CALD individuals and communities is essential | FullTime & Part Time Opportunities Available

Salary:
$50, $65,000.00 per year
