Description

Maxima is seeking a Finance Support Officer for a short-term assignment with our Local Government client, based on the south side of Brisbane.

Commencing as soon as possible, this role will see you working full time hours through to Mid August, paying $36p/h + super.

Key responsibilties:

Validation of supplier account details and supporting documentation
Scanning and entering all documents required for new supplier accounts
Supplier maintenance and creation within the financial systems ensuring strict compliance
Responding to internal and external customer enquiries regarding payment terms, tax compliance, business name registrations and invoice payments
Undertaking any other duties as are reasonably within limit of the employees skills, competence and training.

About you:

Practical experience in an administrative based role, supporting a finance team
Strong organisational and communication skills
High level of attention to detail.
