We are seeking an energetic and results driven salesperson who may be responsible for identifying and managing sales opportunities and building an in-depth understanding of the current and future business needs of our clients.

The Sales Appointment Setter will be the point of contact for all leads, qualification of leads and appointment setting with clients.


Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls, predominantly prospecting to introduce our product and services in order to make qualified appointments
  • Respond to and qualify incoming or engaged leads from marketing
  • Comprehend and simplify the benefits of using our products to potential customers
  • Handle customer objections
  • Organise customer meetings as a result of prospective activities
  • Ensure all sales activities, communications and opportunities are followed up and recorded
  • Develop and maintain accurate product knowledge and collateral/presentation materials
  • Monitor, nurture and convert opportunities into sales
  • Connect with existing clients to promote cross sales or up sales
  • Achieve set KPIs and Targets

Qualifications:


  • A graduate completing a tertiary qualification in business, sales, marketing, technology, or a similar degree
  • Strong marketing, demand generation, or sales experience encouraged
  • Excellent communication skills including writing, speaking, listening and coldcalling
