    We at Chandler Macleod are looking for experienced individuals to fill our Warehouse Supervisor (afternoon) role and our Assistant Warehouse Supervisor (night) role.

Warehouse Supervisor - Afternoon shifts
Join us as Warehouse Supervisor, leading and coordinating a dynamic operational team for short-term success. On-site role, up to 90k salary + super. Make an impact today


Key Responsibilities

  • Execute daily operational plans, meeting immediate requirements.
  • Ensure warehouse performance aligns with service agreements.
  • Maintain stock levels and integrity, taking corrective measures as needed.
  • Manage team responsibilities for smooth handovers.
  • Resolve customer service and supply chain issues.
  • Direct site personnel, ensuring clarity in job roles and tasks.
  • Conduct regular team discussions and meetings.
  • Enforce HACCP, quality, and food safety standards.
  • Uphold Occupational Health & Safety protocols.
  • Organize uniforms and PPE distribution.

Required Skills/Experience

  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Profound understanding of endtoend operations, warehouse, and inventory.
  • Adept team leadership (10+) and crossfunctional collaboration.
  • Successful management of customercentric, multichannel, complex settings.
  • Ensure staff compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Expertise in HACCP, OH&S, and cold storage.
  • Effective written and verbal communication.
  • Adaptable and composed under pressure.
  • Selfmotivated for autonomous work.
