- Drive the standards and image of the brand through visual merchandising, boutique maintenance and staff presentation
- Manage and inspire Fashion advisors by being a role model
- Mentor, coach and actively participate in their professional development
- Set up effective communication channels within the team to foster open communication
- Build a clientcentric boutique team that emphasises client engagement and experience
- Support your team members' personal growth and wellbeing
- Translate goals into actions
- Analyse and interpret trends to facilitate planning and the targeting of new customer markets
- Proven track record of effectively managing a larger team around 30
- Strong retail operational skills with at least 5 years in the management role
- Understanding the brand values and direction
- Excellent problemsolving skills with a calm demeanour
- Strong interpersonal skills in order to engage and motivate and to foster meaningful relationships with the team
- Outstanding planning and organizing skills
