Day to day will see you |

Drive the standards and image of the brand through visual merchandising, boutique maintenance and staff presentation
Manage and inspire Fashion advisors by being a role model
Mentor, coach and actively participate in their professional development
Set up effective communication channels within the team to foster open communication
Build a clientcentric boutique team that emphasises client engagement and experience
Support your team members' personal growth and wellbeing
Translate goals into actions
Analyse and interpret trends to facilitate planning and the targeting of new customer markets
Proven track record of effectively managing a larger team around 30
Strong retail operational skills with at least 5 years in the management role
Understanding the brand values and direction
Excellent problemsolving skills with a calm demeanour
Strong interpersonal skills in order to engage and motivate and to foster meaningful relationships with the team
Outstanding planning and organizing skills
