Breezway is an Australian company that manufactures and markets awarding-winning Louvre Window products all around the world. We are currently seeking a
Production Support Assistant.


The Production Support at Breezway Australia Pty Ltd will be responsible for providing support to their customers; the Operations Staff and the Customer Service team.


The role and responsibilities:


  • Production of factory paperwork and endofday reporting
  • Stock control, production planning and scheduling
  • Daily reporting of KPIs
  • Following up on late orders
  • Stockouts, backorders, internal reworks, paperwork discrepancies, rework queries, urgently required orders
  • Assisting were required in various roles in the factory and in the office

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Able to build rapport on the phone
  • Customer Service focused
  • Strong Data Entry Skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Solution focussed approach to problems

You will be highly regarded if you also have:

  • Previous experience within the manufacturing Industry
  • SAP / CRM / Microsoft experience
