We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Production Manager to join our team.

As a Production Manager at Aegros, you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process and ensuring the efficient production of our life-saving products.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize production schedules, implement quality control measures, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

Managing the day-to-day operations of the production department, including personnel, equipment, and resources
Developing and implementing production plans and schedules to meet customer demands
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards
Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency
Collaborating with other departments, such as R&D and Quality Assurance, to drive product development and ensure seamless production processes
Monitoring and analyzing production metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
Providing leadership and guidance to the production team, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline
Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and quality management systems
Proven experience in developing and implementing production plans and schedules
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a crossfunctional team environment
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
Experience with process improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing, is highly desirable
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and meet tight deadlines
