Job Description:

The Role

Exciting new opportunity with one of Melbourne's leaders in passenger transport in the role of Charter Operations Administrator.

We are seeking an enthusiastic team player to be trained in all facets of our fast paced and dynamic operations and charter departments.

This role will be based in our Dandenong Depot (with 2 days a week in our Croydon Depot).


Working closely with the Charter Supervisors and our experienced operations team, this is a secure position with a strong administration and customer service focus.


  • Taking all enquiries in a prompt, friendly and professional manner to ensure an excellent first impression and ongoing professional client communication
  • Processing customer bookings including providing effective and accurate coordination of quotes, bookings and delivery of quality service
  • Liaising effectively with all stakeholders including clients, team members, drivers, operations and other staff to ensure smooth operations and the delivery an outstanding customer experience
  • Associated administration involving utilising company tools, resources, and technology systems to accurately administrate and record activities accordingly
  • Invoice preparation and allocation
What are we looking for?

  • Business Administration qualification desired
  • Minimum 2 years administration experience
  • Current drivers' license (mandatory)
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong numerical skills and problemsolving capabilities
  • Ability to operate as an effective team member in fast paced environment
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel and Word
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A selfstarter with a focus on detail
  • Ability to gain police clearance
