Community Support Worker - In Home Aged Care

Competitive Pay Range: $29.71 - $31.04 per hour + Super
Tax Benefits: Not for profit salary packaging

The Position:

We are currently seeking compassionate individuals dedicated to enhancing the lives of our Aged Care clients by supporting them to maintain their independence at home for as long as possible.

Prior experience in Community Support Work is advantageous, but we offer thorough training for those eager to work in Aged Care.

You will be responsible for providing personalized care in the Eastern Suburbs (from Matraville to Vaucluse) on weekdays between 8am-5pm. (Minimum 3 days per week)

About the Role:

Deliver tailored care services to our valued aged care clients in their residences including:

General household tasks
Personal care assistance
Transportation and companionship
Meal preparation
Social Support
Respite care

Requirements for the role:

Australian driver's license and reliable vehicle
Empathy and reliability for elderly care
Effective communication skills and positive demeanor
Desirable: Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent
Prior experience in Home Care beneficial
Evidence of Covid vaccinations
