We have an exciting new full time permanent opportunity for a
_Supporter Experience Officer__ _to join our team.

This role will play a big role in our Best at Thank you strategy and will be responsible for delivering the highest levels of donor stewardship, care and gift processing across key fundraising programs and channels.

Additionally, this role works closely with an awesome team of donor care volunteers that help deliver exceptional experiences to our supporters.

Additionally, you will:
  • Be the first point of call for all our wonderful supporters
  • Process all donations received via phone, mail, BPAY and website and prepare the banking deposits
  • Ensure our monthly donor program runs smoothly each month
  • Support with our lottery program including drawing the winners of each draw and making the very special winners calls
  • Ensure we deliver campaigns with the supporter at the heart, such as making sure our donors details are up to date.

About you:


  • Highly organised and detailoriented, with a proven track record of excellent administrative skills
  • Demonstrated fundraising experience with proven success in donor stewardship and development (desirable, not essential)
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with people of all backgrounds
  • Demonstrated ability in achieving results through decision making, managing tight timelines, and anticipating and resolving issues
  • Competence or an understanding of Data Management Systems (Raiser's Edge, Salesforce) (desirable, not essential)

A NDWS clearance and completion of NDIS Online Worker Training Module will be required for this role (prior to commencement).
