About the role -
We are looking for a lifestyle assistant to join our amazing team at Marleston. This role is suited to someone who genuinely cares about serving our residents. Our lifestyle program is one that we are proud of and ensures that our residents enjoy every single day. This role holder will be an enthusiastic and passionate individual with knowledge of lifestyle therapy.


Responsibilities in this role will include but not be limited to:

  • Assist in carrying out lifestyle assessments of residents
  • Actively participate in the delivery of activity programs
  • Ensure complete and accurate documentation reflecting any changes to resident's status
  • Liaise with residents and their families

What we look for -

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated understanding and knowledge regarding the ACFI framework (desirable)
  • Certificate III Individual Support / Aging Certificate, good to have
  • Experience using a computerised Care Management System (desirable)
  • Excellent communication skills
