- Full timeBoutique midtier law firm seeks an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal. Supportive and friendly environment. WFH 1 day a week after training.
The role
As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will be running residential conveyancing files from start to finish.
Duties include:
Contract perusal.
Dealing with clients.
first and final letters.
Online searches and following up on outstanding conditions.
Producing settlement statements, PEXA settlements and general file management duties.
Your experience
You will have a minimum of 2 years QLD conveyancing paralegal experience.
The Law Firm / Salary / Benefits
Well established law firm. Supportive, friendly environment. Salary negotiable dependent upon experience (between $70,000 - $85,000 + superannuation). WFH 1 day a week after training.
