Exciting opportunity to partner with our Transport team

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist within DHL Supply Chain, you will utilise your commercial acumen and ability to influence stakeholders across our Transport sector.

As a vital team member of our HR team, you will engage with our leaders to ensure their recruitment requirements are achieved.

Your previous experience in internal or external recruitment will be utilised in our fast-paced and challenging environment.

You will be supported by a large and experienced Talent Acquisition team to fulfil both blue and white collar recruitment requirements.


Your duties will include:

  • Talent attraction, advertising, screening and recruitment of core transport and warehouse roles
  • Daily updating of the recruitment management system
  • Coordinating recruitment requirements across our Transport function nationally
  • Building rapport and developing strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Consulting confidently on recruitment matters across the business
  • Facilitating Resourcing (assessment) Centres for our blue collar workforce
  • Reporting
- weekly and monthly

  • Utilisation of CRM, in house systems and MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ad hoc HR projects

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Min 3-5 yrs experience recruiting, internal or agency recruitment
  • Experience with large volume recruitment within transport and/ or supply chain
  • Proven experience with recruitment strategies and innovative sourcing techniques
  • Experience using recruitment management systems
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow robust processes
  • Strong stakeholder engagement at all levels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel between sites (drivers licence is essential)
