The role

As a leader in their market, they strive to attract top talent and continuously focus on retention, through internal development and support.

You will work closely with the Graduate Program Manager, TA team and the broader P&C function, to deliver on strategy and graduate program operations.

You will be;

Collaborating with P&C to contribute to the formulation of forwardthinking recruitment strategies, ensuring the organisation remains at the forefront of progressive recruitment practices;
Working closely with the P&C team to support daytoday administration and the employee lifecycle;
Elevating the firm's presence globally, regionally and locally through strategic student engagement and marketing efforts;
Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to execute events, campaigns, and initiatives aimed at attracting top talent;
Managing logistics, communications, and data analysis to ensure seamless operations and impactful outcomes.

The remuneration range is between $45 - $50 per hour, including superannuation. This is also a 3 month contract role, with potential to permanency.

Whilst this role has been newly created to support the requirements of the graduate and clerkship program, the processes have been preestablished from previous stakeholders who have led these cycles.

About You

You will be a talent professional, passionate about shaping future success Previous experience supporting graduate clerkships or other recruitment programs at early career, will be highly regarded.

Experience in professional services/ the legal environment will also be advantageous.
