Crystal Eyecare is an independent optometry practice who have been supporting their local community for 22 years.

Our vision is to provide excellence in all areas of our customer service experience from the moment the customer walks through the doors to when they leave.

We are looking for 2 self-motivated, friendly, and customer-focused individuals to join our team.

About the role
This role is a wonderful career opportunity for someone with outstanding customer service skills looking to change career paths or upskill:

A key focus on customer service
An eagerness to learn new skills including frame and sunglass selection and adjustments
Be fluent in English and Chinese
Reception duties including appointment bookings, phone answering and enquiries
Support with the entering, delivering and checking of frames and lens orders
Saturday availability is essential

Optical experience is not required but retail sales experience is necessary.

Full training and support will be provided.

Employment commences immediately. Salary will depend on previous retail experience.
