About the role


As an Iteration Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the delivery of innovative and impactful data analytics solutions, with an enterprise-wide impact.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams of data analysts, data engineers, and business stakeholders to plan, execute and deliver iterative projects using agile methodologies.


Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading two squads while using your strong Agile knowledge to oversee the entire project lifecycle from planning to delivery
  • Ensuring timely delivery of highquality solutions that meet business requirements and managing risks and issues as they arise
  • Facilitating effective communication and collaboration between team members, stakeholders, and external vendors
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the process and achieve better outcomes
  • Using influencing skills to change the status quo and gain consensus on ways of working
  • Mentoring less experienced members of the team as well as inspiring a culture of high performance
  • Staying abreast of industry and technology trends related to agile delivery to ensure our operations practices are remaining current
