The Opportunity

Deliver programs to support the integration of risk management with key business processes and improve risk management capability to deliver best practice risk management outcomes for Sydney Water.

Accountabilities & Deliverables

Integrate risk management in strategic and business planning, project management and other relevant business processes.
Lead the review of the Enterprise and Strategic risk profile.
Maintain and improve the Enterprise Risk Management Framework to ensure it is fit for purpose and its applicability.
Design and deliver risk workshops.
Provide trusted advice and support to the business to foster a risk aware culture.

Knowledge/ Skills/ Experience

Tertiary qualifications in risk management, business improvement, management systems or similar experience, relevant to the role.
Demonstrated experience in risk and assurance management.
Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to influence different audiences.
Demonstrated experience providing advice on complex, strategic issues.
