About BaptistCare Morven Gardens


Morven Gardens is situated in the beautiful mountain village of Leura in the stunning Blue Mountains, Morven Gardens features 71 beds and is a welcoming and home-like environment with lush, landscaped gardens.


About the role


Reporting to the Residential Managers you will provide training and support to our care workers to promote team spirit and inspire continual improvement.

With a strong understanding of quality care, you will develop and deliver best practice clinical care education consistent with BaptistCare policy.


This position is a permanent part time role, working 13 hours per fortnight.

About You

  • Hold or willing to complete a Certificate IV Training and Assessment or equivalent (essential) and
  • Hold a Certificate IV in Aged Care OR Diploma of Nursing (Enrolled Nurse)
  • Have highly developed relationship building, teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Have knowledge of the Aged Care Accreditation Standards and experience delivering learning outcomes under the Aged Care Accreditation Standards
