About the role:


As the Product Compliance Administrator, you will contribute to keeping people and parts moving throughout the world, by: Ensuring all product compliance related information is within date, having all compliance information and reports filed electronically and available in registers, as required, managing quality related stock withdrawals and recalls effectively through the Trans-Tasman store and DC network.

This role has plenty of scope and would be well suited to a seasoned Compliance Officer.

Duties include:


  • Maintain safety equipment register
  • Register all own brand electrical items in ERAC.
  • Providing suggestions on compliance and ISO9001 QMS improvements.
  • End to End Quality alerts & Recalls management
  • Factory Audit Calendar & Administration
  • Social and Quality.
  • Australian Packaging Covenant Organisation (APCO) registration & reporting, along with database maintenance.


  • AICIS

  • Registration of imported chemical with CSI and completion of AICIS registration.
  • Safety Data Sheets (SDS) management

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

You should also have a relevant qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering, a Science, or solid comprehensive knowledge and experience in QA, engineering or product development.

An understanding of Automotive Industry Standards would be ideal.
