The Opportunity
KOR is looking to hire an enthusiastic Mobile Plant Technician to join our dynamic Operations Team, where professional support, training and development is provided to help you become a true expert in your field, equipping you with the knowledge and skills to excel in your career.
This position will report to the Branch Manager (QLD) and will be mobile around North Brisbane and its surrounding suburbs.
Core Responsibilities of the role:
- Undertake Mechanical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Electrical diagnosis;
- Complete major and minor services, and machinery overhauls;
- Assist the manufacturing and predelivery teams where required;
- Complete maintenance and component replacements and rebuilds; and
- Expand and maintain customer relationships.
- Oncall, field service and interstate work may be required, from time to time.
- A Certificate III in a related trade discipline;
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
- Prior experience in breakdown and diagnostic repairs;
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to work within a fastpaced dynamic environment;
- A strong awareness and adherence to Work Health and Safety standards and maintaining a safe workplace;
- Selfmotivation and ability to work independently as required; and
- Prior experience in High Pressure water and vacuum pumps (advantageous).
Mandatory Requirements:
To be eligible to work at KOR you must have full working rights in Australia with no restrictions.
