As a Steward you will be joining our exciting Kitchen team, and will be responsible for:

Assisting the kitchen team in ensuring that all kitchen areas are kept clean and tidy at all times
Washing equipment using commercial dishwasher
Cleaning and maintaining all Food & Beverage outlet's work areas, materials and equipment ensuring each outlet is supplied with clean and dry operational equipment
Ensuring the back of house operations run smoothly
Complying with Workplace Health and Safety and Manual Handling

Experience/Skills required for this role:

Previous experience in a similar role preferably within a 45 Star Hotel advantageous
Ability to work in a team environment
Available to work a variety of shifts including mornings, late evenings, weekends and public holidays
Effectively manage your time and follow instructions
Enjoy a fast paced hotel environment.
